Voting on Election Day
Polls will be open Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 6am to 7pm.
Curbside voting is available for those 65 and older or with a physical disability.

Did you receive a mailed ballot but want to return it in-person? You can drop your completed ballot at any polling location, during hours of operation. Drop boxes will be available inside each location and will be attended by an Election Officer at all times.
Confirm Your Polling Location
Several polling locations have changed since the last election. Use this tool to confirm your polling location. All locations are open from 6am to 7pm. On Election Day you must vote at your assigned location.

ID Requirements
Acceptable forms of identification include a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or any other government document containing the name and address of the voter – these can not be more than 12 months old and are acceptable in physical or electronic form.
Some of the most common forms of identification that are accepted at all locations during early voting and on Election Day are:

Virginia Driver's License
May be current or expired -
Virginia DMV-issued ID card
May be current or expired - Valid* United States Passport or Passport Card
- Valid* student ID issued by a private or public high school or institution of higher education located in Virginia
- Valid* student ID, containing a photograph, issued by a private or public high school or institution of higher education located in the United States
- Government-issued ID Card from a federal, Virginia or local political subdivision
- Current utility bill, bank statement, government check, or paycheck containing the name and address of the voter
- Voter ID Card issued by the Department of Elections

Signed ID Confirmation Statement (available upon request at voting location)
- US Military ID
- Valid employee ID card, containing a photograph, issued by voter's employer in ordinary course of business (public or private employer)
Examples of non-accepted forms of identification include:
- Out-of-state Driver's License
- Membership card from a private organization
- Credit card displaying a photograph

* “Valid” means the document is genuine and is not expired for more than twelve months, except for a Virginia driver’s license or DMV-issued ID card, for which the expiration date should not be considered when determining its validity.
